A smart kitchen with concealed utilities complements outdoor cooking, featuring aging-friendly design, durable materials, expanded storage, and a servery that doubles as a gathering buffet.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom was moved above the garage for better views and more space. Features include a gas fireplace, a spa-like bathroom with radiant in-floor heating and a steam shower with chromotherapy, and a separate relaxation area with a TV.
Outdoor & Living Area Renovations
The backyard now facilitates indoor-outdoor living with durable decking, a versatile cabana, and a skydome roof, complemented by levelled self-watering planters and climate-controlled pergolas.
Staircase & Natural Light
The staircase was redesigned for safety and light enhancement, connecting the basement to the rest of the house with energy-efficient skylights that adjust automatically for ventilation and heat retention.
Home Efficiency & Automation
The home features a comprehensive smart system for managing windows, temperature, and security, with added soundproofing and triple-paned windows for an energy-efficient environment.
Basement Transformation
The basement was overhauled from dark and unwelcoming to a bright, open space with ample storage, a concealed kitchen, and unified entertainment areas.
